Every order on this site is a pre-order: you pay online now, we hold your items in your name, and you collect them in person at your Rhema campus. Nothing is couriered. Here is exactly how it works, from the first click to the moment the bag is in your hands.

Step by step
Browse and add to your cart
Choose your items and pick your size and colour on each product page, then add them to your cart. Everything is priced in South African rand.
Create your account
You need an account to order — we can’t take an order without one. It only takes a minute, and it’s how we hold the order in your name and how you look up your order number later.
Choose your campus and pay
At checkout you choose which campus you’ll collect from — Randburg or Greenstone — and pay for the order in full. Payment happens now, at checkout; there is nothing left to pay on collection day. The moment your payment goes through, the sizes and colours you chose are set aside for you.
Watch your inbox
We email you three times: once when your order is placed (your confirmation and invoice), again when our team starts getting your items together, and again when it is ready for collection. If the first email isn’t there within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
Collect at your campus
Come to the Rhema Merch store at the campus you selected and show your order number — the RHM number at the top of your confirmation email (for example RHM-1234567). That order number is also your collection code: it’s the same number everywhere — on the screen right after checkout, in your emails, on your order page, and at the store. No ID is needed.
When you can collect
Your order will be prepared within 2–4 business days.
We email you the moment it is ready — there is no date to pick and nothing to do until then. Once it is ready, collect on whichever Sunday suits you; your order simply waits at the store until you come for it.
Collection normally happens during Sunday services, and also during conferences and events — in short, any time the Rhema Merch store is open.
Where you collect
We collect at both campuses. You collect from whichever campus you selected at checkout — it is shown on your confirmation email and on your order page.

What to bring
- Your order number. It appears on the confirmation screen right after checkout, in your emails, and on your order page. Showing it on your phone is perfectly fine.
- That’s it — someone else can collect for you too. No ID is needed, so a spouse, a friend or someone from your cell group can collect on your behalf; just send them your order number. And there is nothing to pay at the store — your order is already paid for.

If you can’t make it for a while
Your order is yours. Once it is paid for, we hold your items indefinitely — we don’t cancel orders that sit uncollected, and we don’t put paid stock back on the shelf. Travel, illness, a busy season: it makes no difference. Come on the Sunday that works for you.
