Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 20 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Rhema Merch website and your purchases from us. By using the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to them.
1Who we are
1.1. Rhema Merch is the official apparel and merchandise store of Rhema Conference Centre (“Rhema Merch”, “we”, “us”), operating online at rhemamerch.co.za and in person at the Rhema Merch desks at our Randburg and Greenstone campuses.
1.2. Physical address: Cnr Rabie and Hans Schoeman Streets, Randpark Ridge, Randburg, South Africa. Contact: support@mail.rhemamerch.co.za. This information is provided in compliance with section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECTA”).
1.3. By browsing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2Accounts and eligibility
2.1. You may browse and purchase as a guest, or create an account to track orders, save your details, and manage returns and support requests.
2.2. You must be 18 or older to place an order. Under-18s may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf. Our Covenant Child Co range is designed for children, but purchases must be made by an adult.
2.3. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current information — collection notifications and order communications go to the email address you supply. Notify us immediately via the Help & Support section of your account if you suspect unauthorised use.
2.4. We may suspend or close accounts used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these Terms.
3Products, pricing and availability
3.1. All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT. The price displayed at checkout is the full price payable; collection at church is free, and any courier fee (when delivery is offered) is shown before you confirm your order.
3.2. We take care to display products accurately, but colours may render differently on different screens, and product photography may include props or items not included in the sale.
3.3. Stock is held at campus level. Availability shown on the site reflects combined stock across our campuses; your chosen collection campus at checkout determines where your order is reserved and prepared.
3.4. Items marked “Available in store” are sold in person at our campus stores only and cannot be purchased through the website.
3.5. Items marked “Coming Soon” are not yet available for purchase. Items marked as pre-order may be paid for online and will become available for collection once stock arrives; we will notify you by email when your pre-order is ready.
3.6. Obvious pricing errors: if a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full before it is fulfilled.
3.7. We may change prices, ranges, and product availability at any time. Changes do not affect orders already paid for.
4Orders, payment and order numbers
4.1. An order is an offer to purchase. Our confirmation email — sent after successful payment — is our acceptance, and a binding agreement of sale comes into effect at that point, subject to clause 3.6.
4.2. Payment is processed securely by PayFast, a registered South African payment services provider. We do not receive or store your card details. Payment must clear in full before an order is prepared.
4.3. Every order receives a unique RHM order number (e.g. RHM-1234567). This single number is your order reference and your collection code. Keep it safe — it appears in your confirmation email and on your order page, and it is what you present when collecting.
4.4. In line with ECTA section 43, you have the opportunity to review your full order — items, quantities, prices, and total — before completing payment, and you may correct or withdraw from the transaction at any point before paying.
5Collection at church
5.1. Orders are collected at the Rhema Merch desk at the campus you selected at checkout (Randburg or Greenstone), on Sundays or at other communicated times.
5.2. We will email you when your order is ready for collection. To collect, present your RHM order number (in your confirmation email or on your order page). No further identification is required — treat your order number as confidential and share it only with someone you authorise to collect on your behalf.
5.3. Your paid order does not expire. We hold paid, uncollected orders indefinitely — your items remain reserved for you. We may send you courtesy reminders, but we will not cancel or restock a paid order simply because it has not yet been collected. If you no longer want an uncollected order, contact us to arrange a cancellation and refund.
6Delivery (when offered)
6.1. Courier delivery, when enabled on the site, is available within South Africa at the fee displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times shown (typically 2–4 business days) are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on our courier partners.
6.2. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to your specified address, or on handover at collection. Ownership passes on payment in full.
6.3. Please inspect your order on receipt and report any damage or incorrect items through the Returns section of your account or via Help & Support.
7Gift orders
7.1. When placing a collection order you may mark it as a gift and provide the recipient’s name and email. The recipient receives a collection voucher containing the RHM number and the items — but no prices. The buyer remains our customer: all payment, receipts, refund rights, and CPA/ECTA rights sit with the buyer.
7.2. The recipient may collect the gift by presenting the RHM number, per clause 5.2.
8Cancellations, cooling-off, returns
8.1. You may cancel an unfulfilled order by contacting us via Help & Support, quoting your RHM number.
8.2. Under section 44 of ECTA, you may cancel an online purchase without reason within 7 days of receiving the goods (or of concluding the agreement, for services), for a full refund of the purchase price. Where goods have been delivered, the direct cost of returning them is for your account. This right does not apply to purchases made in person at our campus stores.
8.3. Our full returns, exchange and refund terms — which are more generous than the legal minimum in several respects — are set out in the Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8.4. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (“CPA”), including the implied six-month warranty of quality on goods (CPA section 56).
9Intellectual property
9.1. All content on this site — including the Rhema Merch name, the Gracious Daughters, Brave Men, Covenant Child Co, Legacy and Open Heaven range names, logos, monograms, designs, photography, text, and layout — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by South African and international intellectual property law.
9.2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any site content or product designs without our prior written permission. Purchasing an item gives you ownership of that physical item only, not of any design or trademark on it.
10Acceptable use
10.1. You may not use this site to do anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorised access to any system or data, to scrape content at scale, to place fraudulent orders, or to misrepresent your identity.
10.2. Content you submit through the site (e.g. support messages, profile information) must not be unlawful, offensive, or infringe anyone’s rights.
11Availability of the service
11.1. We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site, or these Terms, at any time; material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date, and apply to orders placed after that date.
12Liability
12.1. To the extent permitted by law — and always subject to your CPA rights, which we do not exclude — we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or purchase of products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
12.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law (including CPA section 61 product liability).
12.3. You indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the site.
13General
13.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
13.2. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver of it.
13.3. Complaints: contact us first via the Help & Support section of your account or at support@mail.rhemamerch.co.za — we aim to resolve issues quickly. You may also approach the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (www.cgso.org.za), the National Consumer Commission, or, for e-commerce matters, refer to ECTA’s dispute provisions.
